You'll play a key role in ensuring that our solutions are reliable, maintainable, and available, shaping the future of mobility. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as System, Hardware, Software, Verification & Validation, Cybersecurity, Tenders, Sourcing, Installation, and Warranty & Maintenance teams), interface with customers and suppliers, and engage with the worldwide D&IS RAM community, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of essential Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Testability analyses for complex, high-risk projects, but also contribute to the design and improvement of system performance.
We’ll look to you for :
Carrying out RAM-related activities in projects and programs in line with Quality Cost Delivery (QCD) objectives, while optimizing performance.
Making design recommendations based on RAM studies and ensuring architecture choices meet system and customer targets.
Performing reliability and lifetime predictions, Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA), availability and service reliability modeling, and maintainability and testability studies.
Supporting tender and sourcing teams in selecting and integrating products and systems into projects.
Guaranteeing optimal performance levels over the lifecycle phases of our solutions.
Driving continuous reliability growth activities in projects and programs.

Engineering degree, ideally in Dependability (RAM or RAMS).
Specific hands-on experience in RAM and expertise in RAM methodology, concepts, methods, and tools.
Knowledge and experience in Railway Signaling or other fields with high RAMS requirements (, Aeronautics, Space, Defense, Automotive, Medical, Nuclear, Power, Civil Engineering, Machinery, Oil and Gas sectors).
Good skills in System, Electronics, and Mechanical Engineering.
Structured, organized, and rigorous approach to work.
Team player with proactive behavior.
Flexibility and ability to work effectively against deadlines.
Strong problem identification and solving skills.
Ability to manage activities performed by others (subcontractors, suppliers).
Creativity and negotiation skills (tenders, failure reviews).
Fluency in English.
