GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION :
We are looking for an experienced Senior PIM Specialist to join our Digital Team on an interim basis (6-monthemployment contract). In this role, you will play a key part in developing, managing, and optimizing our Product Information Management (PIM) system—Salsify. You will collaborate closely with various teams to define taxonomies, manage data models, ensure data quality, support users, and promote PIM best practices across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provide technical support to PIM users by troubleshooting reported issues and ensuring timely resolution.
Ensure accurate and consistent data flow to downstream systems and support the development and maintenance of product data for syndication channels.
Maintain and update product information within the PIM system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of taxonomies, workflows, and data governance structures.
Monitor and enhance data quality by normalizing, enriching, and validating structured content.
Manage translations of taxonomies and product attributes to support global product data requirements.
Develop comprehensive documentation and deliver training sessions to end users.
Promote and enforce best practices in data governance, including metadata management, taxonomy structure, and standardized naming conventions.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance digital processes and drive adoption of the PIM system.
KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES
Strong hands-on experience with PIM platforms—Salsify experience is highly preferred.
Proven expertise in taxonomy design and data modeling.
Solid understanding of digital product flows and operational processes.
Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
Ability to create clear documentation and deliver effective training.
