Mission
As a Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for the commercial & operational strategies in your Region (East Europe). You will also be accountable for commercial performance and the operational execution ensuring sustainable financial and team growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyze specific markets and propose a plan to develop business and reach the sales targets.
- Set sales targets and develop new business opportunities in Fine Fragrances, Home & Body Care products.
- Coordinate and collaborate with production to meet client expectations in terms of quality and time, actively supporting sales and operations.
- Take responsibility for existing clients and prospect potential ones in the area of responsibility.
- Work on market research, contact potential new customers and visit them.
- Maintain close interaction with internal departments, such as the Creative department, Fragrance Development, Marketing, Finance, Production, People & Organization.
- Present projects internally and follow up the production process to ensure the final product is done and reinforced on time delivery.
- Manage pricing for the whole client portfolio, handle client enquiries and advise them on their needs.
- Monitor profitability of accounts.
- Keep management updated of the region situation, providing short-, mid- and long-term business plans.
Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration and Management or Marketing.Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales, working as a Key Account Manager for Home & Personal Care and Fine Fragrances.Strong experience in sales within fragrance industry.Previous experience in the Polish market.Experience managing P&L.Proficient in English and Polish.Based in Warsaw.Availability to travel 50% to 75% of the time.Benefits
