Customer  Service  Specialist  –  Danish  Market   🇩🇰

Location : Poznań (on-site)

To support   our   continued   growth , we  are   currently   looking  for a  Customer  Service  Specialist   dedicated  to the  Danish  market ,  who   will   ensure   seamless   communication  with  our   customers  and  partners ,  while   embodying   our   core   values :   personal   responsibility ,  loyalty , and  initiative .

Your   Responsibilities :

Provide   professional  and  timely   support  to  Danish-speaking   customers  via  phone  and email

Manage  order  processing ,  invoicing ,  delivery   coordination , and  after-sales   support

Handle  inquiries   regarding  products,  prices ,  delivery   times , and  complaints

Collaborate   closely  with  internal   departments   such  as Sales, Logistics, and  Production  in  Denmark  and  across  Europe

Ensure  high  customer   satisfaction  and  contribute  to  building   strong   long -term  relationships

Act  as  an   ambassador of the  brand  and  its   commitment  to excellence

Previous   experience  in  customer  service  or  order management  is  a plus, but not  required  — we  provide   full   onboarding  and  training .

What  We  Expect :

Fluency  in  Danish  (B2 / C1) and  good   command  of  English  (B2+)

Customer-oriented   mindset  with  excellent   communication   skills

Openness  to learning and developing in a  dynamic   international  environment

Strong   organizational   skills  and  attention  to  detail

Proactive   approach  and a  sense  of  ownership

Experience  in a  similar  role  is   welcomed , but  not  mandatory
