Job descriptionTeam management of the Cracow submittal team Conduct HR related processes : (Career planning, Vacation Management, Performance reviews, Engagement monitoring, Recruitment, etc.) Quality control of the offshore submittals process Build / Manage / Maintain tech standards for the offshore submittal team Process technical-related Non-conformity reports Work with the technology department on automations Resolve basic IT problems Software, Hardware, Backups, Email, Microsoft licenses monitoring & management Tekla Structures support Leadership mindset with a practical and hands-on approach to troubleshooting and growing the team Strong managerial and organizational skills Strong background in onboarding, training and mentoring Experience with basic hardware / software troubleshooting Familiarity with network monitoring, data backup systems, and remote collaboration tools Ability to develop, document, and enforce technical standards across teams Experience in identifying and implementing time-saving workflows and scripts Very good written and verbal English communication skills
