For our Client, an international financial services company, we are looking for candidates for the position of Business Systems Administrator. The role demands a blend of technical know-how, troubleshooting, leadership abilities, and a proactive mindset aimed at continuous improvement and effective problem solving.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role,
  • university degree in a relevant field or equivalent IT-related qualifications,
  • hands-on experience with Paxus (Global Fund Administration Technology) and / or Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central (NAVone),
  • knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and applications,
  • basic understanding of SQL,
  • experience supporting accounting or finance-related applications.
  • familiarity with change management principles and processes,
  • proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in a dynamic environment,
  • ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders at all levels,
  • strong attention to detail,
  • ability to manage priorities effectively, handle support tickets, and meet SLA requirements,
  • excellent written and spoken English communication skills (min. C1 level),
  • general understanding of accounting principles would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • provide comprehensive application support for a core stack of applications,
  • deliver exceptional customer service to users across multiple offices and jurisdictions,
  • drive efficiency and effectiveness by proactively identifying areas for improvement and proposing or implementing appropriate changes,
  • collaborate with colleagues to strengthen collective technical expertise by sharing knowledge and best practices, fostering an inclusive and supportive team culture,
  • maintain a forward-thinking approach by clearly documenting new services, processes, and solutions to support future scalability and knowledge retention,
  • ensure that training needs related to applications and other technologies are fully addressed in line with business requirements,
  • provide support for multiple ongoing projects as needed.
