Position Description :

  • Support of internationally working Change Control group.- Coordination and documentation of projects to change products.
  • Documentation of country-specific releases of products and discontinuations.
  • Design and content changes of existing labels and creation of new ones according to global standards.
  • Data maintenance in a SharePoint-based database and a Document Management System (Master Control).

Our requirements

  • Completed scientific or technical degree in Biotechnology, Quality, or other life science discipline.
  • Experience in an ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 certified companies is beneficial.
  • Very good computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel, SAP, Adobe Creative Suite and SharePoint are beneficial.
  • Excellent English language skills – written and spoken, German is beneficial.
  • Requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
