The main function of the Technical Business Analyst role is to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, with a focus on requirements gathering, solution design, and project delivery in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strong business analysis, gathering requirements and designing solutions.
• Break down requirements into detailed specifications for delivery partners.
• Lead project delivery using Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools like Confluence / JIRA.
• Utilize relevant experience in technical business analysis and solution design.
• Exhibit analytical and problem-solving skills, working independently and proactively.
• Facilitate meetings via video or teleconferencing in English, demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Articulate complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Conduct data analysis and present findings effectively.
• Manage organizational tasks with strong organizational skills and adaptability.

Location : Krakow (Candidates are required to be in the office 5 days per month, potentially consecutive days based on needs). Meeting Requirements : Experience in conducting meetings over video or teleconference. Data Analysis : Familiarity with analyzing data lakes like Google Cloud or Hadoop using Jupyter Notebooks.
