Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non-Tech)

Join ERGO Technology & Services as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a global, non‑tech environment. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent for finance, customer service, HR and related roles.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR to effectively address recruitment needs.
  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
  • Attract candidates using social media, professional networking sites, and innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines, cultivating high‑potential profiles for the business team.
  • Prepare analysis and reports to provide insights into ongoing recruitment processes.
  • Participate in recruitment and employer branding events such as job fairs, conferences, and open days.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Fluency in English (C1 level).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Recruiter in an international environment.
  • Experience recruiting for non‑tech roles (finance, customer services, HR or related).
  • Proficiency in partnership model working with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and detail orientation while keeping the big picture.
  • Superb interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills to build relationships with candidates and recruiters.
  • Flexibility and comfort with ambiguity.
