Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non-Tech)
Join ERGO Technology & Services as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a global, non‑tech environment. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent for finance, customer service, HR and related roles.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR to effectively address recruitment needs.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
- Attract candidates using social media, professional networking sites, and innovative sourcing techniques.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines, cultivating high‑potential profiles for the business team.
- Prepare analysis and reports to provide insights into ongoing recruitment processes.
- Participate in recruitment and employer branding events such as job fairs, conferences, and open days.
Required Skills and Experience
Fluency in English (C1 level).Minimum 3 years of experience as a Recruiter in an international environment.Experience recruiting for non‑tech roles (finance, customer services, HR or related).Proficiency in partnership model working with hiring managers and stakeholders.Exceptional organizational and detail orientation while keeping the big picture.Superb interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills to build relationships with candidates and recruiters.Flexibility and comfort with ambiguity.Nice to Have
