The IT Operations department forms the backbone of our IT infrastructure and ensures that our systems run smoothly and reliably to support our renewable energy projects. Our teams work hand in hand to implement innovative technologies and provide efficient, process-oriented software solutions. Your passion - you...

• are responsible for working in daily ticket support (1st and 2nd level for servers and infrastructure)
• prepare and implement IT changes in operations
• take on day-to-day administrative tasks in the infrastructure area, such as regular checks and evaluating the monitoring systems
• perform maintenance and updates of systems and infrastructure components
• document the existing systems, including routine work
• supports the implementation of IT projects.
• take on other activities in the IT Infrastructure Operations team
