Medtronic is seeking a Senior AFFERA™ Therapy Account Consultant to drive growth of our AFFERA™ Mapping and Ablation System in the Poznań-Wrocław region. This role provides expert clinical and technical support, training and technical troubleshooting to physicians and EP lab staff.

A Day in the Life

Atrial fibrillation affects over 33 million individuals worldwide and is the most common serious arrhythmia. In this fast‑growing cardiac ablation business segment, you will be instrumental in training clinical staff, sharing best practices, and contributing to the development of advanced clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical assistance to physicians and laboratory staff on the use of the mapping and ablation system, including generators, software, pumps and accessories.
• Conduct training sessions to introduce new technologies to hospital stakeholders and ensure acceptance.
• Participate in the development of advanced clinical workflows.
• Collaborate with the education team to support the development of training centers.
• Share best clinical practices with colleagues to optimize the customer experience.
• Work with service engineers on technical troubleshooting and provide feedback to marketing on system use and new product development.
• Build strong professional relationships with customers and manage high‑stress situations with a problem‑solving mindset.
