Digital Project Manager

We’re looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our team in Katowice, Poland. This role focuses on end-to-end delivery of digital projects that align with strategic business objectives. If you enjoy working cross-functionally, taking ownership, and creating impact — this one’s for you!

About the job 📚

Manage end-to-end digital projects
Engage with business stakeholders to understand their objectives
Set up and facilitate meetings
Utilize both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Coordinate across multiple internal teams
Use project management tools to plan, track, and report on progress
Estimate timelines and understand the strategic goals behind a project, not just task-level execution

What we are looking for ⭐

5+ years of experience in project management

Background in digital marketing or media / advertising campaigns

Experience working in or with advertising / marketing agencies

Hands-on use of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)

Scrum Master, PMP, or Agile certification preferred

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex workflows

Confident communicator who enjoys team collaboration and takes accountability
