Senior Project Manager (Logistics Fund)

Job descriptionManaging the full life cycle of logistics investment projects. Coordinating project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors. Developing and monitoring project schedules and budgets. Overseeing the tender process and selecting contractors. Prepare, optimise and execute investment budgets Providing regular progress reports to CEO. Identifying and managing project risks. Building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
Stongly idependent position within Fund structure, reporting to CEOProduction and logistics projects
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus for experience in warehouse investments.
- A higher education degree in a technical field (civil engineering, architecture, or related).
- In-depth knowledge of investment process.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Very good English
- Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
