Project Manager - Business Analyst

Job descriptionProwadzenie i zarządzanie projektami od fazy koncepcyjnej do wdrożenia. Tworzenie i dokumentowanie specyfikacji funkcjonalnych i technicznych. Analiza wymagań biznesowych oraz opracowywanie dokumentacji projektowej. Uczestnictwo w modelowaniu procesów biznesowych i ich optymalizacji. Monitorowanie postępów projektów, identyfikowanie ryzyk oraz wdrażanie działań naprawczych. Udział w spotkaniach z interesariuszami, prezentowanie wyników analiz oraz rekomendowanie rozwiązań. Tworzenie raportów i analiz wspierających podejmowanie decyzji strategicznych. Minimum 3-letnie doświadczenie w w roli Analityka Biznesowego lub Project Managera Doświadczenie w realizacji projektów na styku Biznesu i IT. Doświadczenie w mapowaniu danych i / lub modelowaniu procesów biznesowych. Wiedza z zakresu metodyk zarządzania projektami potwierdzona doświadczeniem (Waterfall / Agile / Scrum) Certyfikaty potwierdzające kwalifikacje i umiejętności z zakresu zarządzania projektami (np. PSM, Prince2 i / lub PMP) Samodzielność, inicjatywa, zorientowanie na cel i rozwiązywanie problemów. Doświadczenie w pracy w międzynarodowym środowisku. Swoboda w porozumiewaniu się językiem angielskim (min. poziom B2). Zdolności analityczne pozwalające na przewidywanie wyzwań projektowych, oraz proponowanie i wdrażanie nowych rozwiązań.
