For one of our Clients, which is a global technology company operating in the field of mobile device insurance, we are currently looking for : Complaints Specialist with German or French.

Job description :

• Handle claims and requests in accordance with applicable country terms and regulations;
• Monitoring the status of claims, contacting customers and partners;
• Suggesting and implementing changes to the claims process;
• Conducting processes related to confirmation of coverage, policy changes, cancellations in accordance with applicable procedures and laws;
• Providing high quality customer service;
• Managing correspondence with customers and business partners;
• Liaising with repair shops and other third-party service providers for the company.
