Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field10+ years of professional experience in IT or digital leadership rolesDeep understanding of manufacturing operations, ideally in regulated industriesHands-on experience with SAP, MES, and automation technologiesStrong business partnership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to lead cross-functional, cross-border initiativesThis is how we organize our work

As IT Business Partner – Manufacturing, being part of the site's leadership team, you’ll serve as the primary IT advisor to your stakeholders, shaping and executing a site-specific technology strategy that supports operational goals and aligns with our global IT vision. You’ll lead key initiatives—such as MES enhancements, SAP upgrades, and automation programs—while ensuring IT services at the site are secure, compliant, and effective.This is a senior-level role focused on strategic engagement, program leadership, and value delivery.
