ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW :
- Lead the transformation of the Order to Cash (O2C) process, ensuring seamless integration and optimization across all relevant departments
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance cash flow, reduce cycle times, and improve overall process efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and design innovative solutions that align with organizational goals
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives and implement continuous improvements
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies throughout the transformation process
