Job description
  • You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our IT infrastructure.
  • You will manage and enhance our monitoring systems, provide critical insights through dashboards, and support development teams in achieving operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and enhance scripts for automating the provisioning of the monitoring environment using Terraform
  • Implement, test, and manage configuration changes in line with operational needs.
  • Manage and optimize Dynatrace interfaces, including token management, and ensure alignment with system updates through regular reviews of Dynatrace release notes.
  • Provide expert consultation on complex monitoring issues and support development teams in service instrumentation.
  • Assist in defining and maintaining service level objectives (SLOs) and provide incident analysis to resolve monitoring-related issues effectively.

  • We are looking forward to your successfully completed studies in computer science, mathematics, physics or comparable technical course of study
  • Expertise in Dynatrace monitoring solutions.
  • Proficiency in Terraform for Configuration as Code.
  • Strong analytical capabilities for implementing and refining monitoring strategies.
  • Relevant certifications in Dynatrace and Terraform.
  • Proactive approach to aligning monitoring solutions with business needs.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities, as well as strong collaboration and consultation skills to support cross-functional teams.
  • Very good communication skills in English complete your profile
  • You are open to work in a hybrid mode , with 2-3 days at our office in Katowice
