Job description
We are looking for a candidate with strong Salesforce technical expertise to join one of our client projects in the financial services and trading domain. The role will focus on designing and implementing scalable Salesforce CRM solutions, handling high-volume transactional data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
This is a client-facing role, where you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and compliance experts to deliver a Salesforce platform that supports trading operations, partner ecosystems, and financial services workflows.
Your responsibilities
Define scalable CRM architecture aligned with client’s trading operations and business needs
Design secure data models and implement role-based access controls for sensitive trading and partner data
Oversee integrations with trading systems, ERP, and financial platforms
Build and optimize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Triggers
Translate client business processes (partner onboarding, trade lifecycle, settlements) into workflows, automations, and integrations
Apply best practices for CRM governance, audit readiness, and compliance (MiFID II, GDPR, KYC / AML)
Implement Salesforce integration patterns with trading systems, data warehouses, and financial platforms
Leverage Salesforce Connect and External Objects for real-time access to external trading data
Ensure data quality through deduplication, cleansing, and validation strategies
Act as a trusted advisor to the client’s leadership team
Ensure Salesforce solutions maximize revenue opportunities and strengthen collaboration with partners / traders
Support DevOps processes with Salesforce DX, CI / CD, and regulated release governance
Our requirements
5+ years in Salesforce development / architecture, ideally in financial services, trading, or capital markets
Proven track record delivering CRM solutions for partner / trader ecosystems
Strong expertise in high-volume data handling and multi-entity relationship management
Advanced Salesforce data modeling (Accounts, Opportunities, Custom & External Objects)
Flexible schedule and opportunity to work remotely within Poland
