As an HR Business Partner - Specialist who will be reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will be providing quality HR advice and support to the managers from assigned Business Units.

How you create impact

  • Being first point of contact, providing HR expertise and guidance to the managers through advising, supporting and answering on HR related matters
  • Comprehensive implementation of recruitment processes and close cooperation with the Talent Acquisition Center
  • Coordination of the onboarding and offboarding process for employees
  • Supporting internal communication and employer branding projects
  • Preparing analysis and statistics for Business Units
  • Responsible for the compliance of employment practices with corporate guidelines and local legislation
  • Conducting internal meetings and trainings with employees, co-creating the organizational culture and being an ambassador of the company’s values

What we would like you to bring

  • Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a HR Generalist (knowledge of Polish labor law required)
  • Ability to translate business and HR strategies into practical solutions and engaging key decision makers on HR matters
  • Professional and open communication approach
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously, in a structured way
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Polish native and good level of English required
