Security Supervisor

You’ll be playing essential role in ensuring the safety and security of a company comes first by having under supervision security guards, surveillance equipment (CCTV) & alarms. You will be responsible for implementing protocols and procedures, conducting regular risk assessments. With your strong leadership abilities in a high-pressure circumstances and attention to details you will be an integral part of maintaining a secure environment within our organisation.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• Supervising security guards and ensure they perform expected duties, assigning tasks, work schedules and evaluation of results
• Constant supervision of warehouse operation systems such as CCTV, access control. Troubleshoot issues that arises with CCTV equipment
• Conducting daily patrols of indoor and outdoor areas
• Create ratings and analysis risks
• Performing investigations of incidents and conducting interviews with witnesses
• Guide inspections for physical and safety hazards
• In emergency matters assisting employees and visitors efficiently
• Assists for conducting emergency response exercises and training
• Initiate daily to quarterly records and documentation of all instances occurred at premises
• Initiate disciplinary measures where applicable
