Job description

Incident and Request Handling - Provide support to 1st line while acting as the key link between 1st and 3rd line, following a structured Shift Left strategy to enhance resolution efficiency.

Hybrid Environment - Work effectively in both Cloud (Entra, Azure technologies) and On-Premises environments (e.g., Exchange, Active Directory).

Email Security - Expertise in Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Mimecast, and email security frameworks. Strong knowledge of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and threat protection.

Global Settings - Manage tenant-specific settings that are applied globally across Stena.

User Profile Management - Handle user profile management tasks not integrated with the existing Stena IAM solution.

Policy Management - Oversee Group Policy Objects (GPO) and other relevant policies within the M365 environment.

License Administration - Support license administration and enablement of license groups.

Spam Management - Manage spam settings, whitelists, and blacklists while providing end-user support.

External Integration - Manage federation of workloads supporting organization-wide or user-specific federation and external content sharing.

Performance Monitoring - Continuously monitor the performance and usage of Microsoft 365 services. Identify and resolve potential issues to maintain optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Continuous Service Improvement - Identify areas for improvement within support processes and implement changes to enhance service delivery.

Documentation and Reporting - Maintain comprehensive documentation of the Microsoft 365 environment, including configurations, policies, and procedures.

  • 3 or more years in IT and Systems engineering or systems administration
  • Previous Level 2 or 3 experience hands on supporting a business
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in managing Microsoft 365 environments, including administration, security, and support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks relevant to Microsoft 365
