What will you be doing?

Actuarial Modelling Analyst will play a vital role in supporting the Actuarial Change Programme aimed at automating and optimizing reporting processes. This role involves assisting senior team members in actuarial modelling and validation of the financial impacts of changes in actuarial models and systems, ensuring smooth project execution and effective communication with various stakeholders. The role offers a unique opportunity for rapid development through exposure to various actuarial processes and technologies providing a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end actuarial reporting.

You would :

Be engaged in conversations with the modelling and reporting teams to support the implementation of the Actuarial Change Programme and discuss expected impacts on results during analysis and design work.

Work closely with senior team members to understand and document changes in actuarial models and their financial impacts.

Collect and analyse data from business units and project team to provide insights on actuarial models and processes.

Contribute to the successful completion of the Financial Impact Assessment (FIA), performing all necessary steps to achieve a thorough and accurate assessment.

Participate in the development of a bridge between legacy and new models within the project’s model validation group, ensuring consistency and accuracy across systems.

Create detailed technical documentation to support project needs, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

Assist in the transition of project developments to business-as-usual operations, maintaining the performance and integrity of actuarial reporting platforms.

What we're looking for?

At least 4 years of professional experience in Life Insurance companies.

Understanding of actuarial modelling concepts; hands-on experience with model validation, review, or analysis is highly desirable. Familiarity with Prophet / DCS is a plus.

Foundational knowledge of Solvency II and IFRS 17 frameworks is required; more advanced expertise will be considered a strong asset.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with various departments and stakeholders and to thrive in a dynamic project environment.

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, including the ability to work with English-speaking clients and produce documentation in English.
