Job description

For our Client, a leading global business services provider, we are looking for enthusiastic and communicative individuals to join their team in Kraków. Responsibilities :

  • handle business inquiries and incoming calls efficiently,
  • address customer questions about products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, returns, and online platforms,
  • process customer requests and update database accurately,
  • record all customer interactions in the ticketing system,
  • suggest ideas to improve customer satisfaction and experience,
  • participate in cross-departmental projects beyond regular duties.

Requirements :

  • communicative English (minimum B2),
  • proficiency in Slovenian at a fluent level (C1) - mandatory ,
  • proficiency in additional European language at a fluent level (C1) -  mandatory ,
  • enthusiastic and communicative approach,
  • willingness to embrace new challenges and opportunities,
  • strong teamwork skills with a focus on internal and external customers.
