Job description

For our Client, a leading global business services provider, we are looking for enthusiastic and communicative individuals to join their team in Kraków. Responsibilities :

handle business inquiries and incoming calls efficiently,
address customer questions about products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, returns, and online platforms,
process customer requests and update database accurately,
record all customer interactions in the ticketing system,
suggest ideas to improve customer satisfaction and experience,
participate in cross-departmental projects beyond regular duties.

Requirements :

communicative English (minimum B2),

proficiency in Slovenian at a fluent level (C1) - mandatory ,

proficiency in additional European language at a fluent level (C1) - mandatory ,

enthusiastic and communicative approach,

willingness to embrace new challenges and opportunities,

strong teamwork skills with a focus on internal and external customers.
