About the role :
A Customer Support Consultant is responsible for supporting the payroll customers assigned to him / her and is the interface between customers, products and application management. This role is expected to have in-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax compliance and complex payroll scenarios.

You are the contact person for our customers if they have application-related questions about our payroll software - Fidelis.Content-related advice and support for customers on salary-related topicsReceiving and processing customer inquiries via our ticket systemAnalysis and preparation of payroll processes for product developmentContent advice and support for customers on topics relating to the use of the respective billing softwareCarrying out billing analyses, error research and evaluation of information, as well as the independent development of solution approachesContact person for customers if they have technical questions about the softwareAnalysis, preparation and description of program errors for product developmentUse of existing wage types according to customer specificationsWhat do you have to offer?
