We are seeking an experienced Application Architect with a strong frontend background to define and lead the architectural direction of our web platforms. This role is ideal for a hands-on technologist who combines deep development expertise with the ability to make strategic architectural decisions.

As a Technical Leader, you will shape frontend initiatives across multiple web projects, working closely with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions.

We will only consider people living in Warsaw and the immediate surrounding area, ready for hybrid work with 2-3 office visits per week.

responsibilities :

Define, design, and evolve the frontend architecture for Angular-based web applications

Set and guide the frontend technical strategy across multiple projects and teams

Contribute hands-on to development work (approx. 50% of the time), particularly in architecture-critical areas

Ensure smooth integration with backend systems, APIs, and microfrontend architectures

Establish and promote best practices, standards, and patterns for frontend development

Review code and architectural decisions to maintain consistency and technical excellence

Mentor and support development teams, acting as a technical authority and advisor

Collaborate with backend architects, product owners, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals

requirements-expected :

Minimum 7 years of experience in frontend development, including some expertise in designing architecture

Strong, hands-on experience with Angular

Basic working knowledge of PHP

Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Drupal or Magento

Understanding of microfrontend architectures and frontend–backend integration patterns

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence technical direction

Excellent communication skills in both English and Polish

Fluent Polish required

Residing in Poland required

Willingness to work hybrid with 2-3 visits to the office in Warsaw per week
