Device Management Engineer

Role Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Device Management Engineer to join our team in Warsaw, operating within the banking sector. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space while contributing to a leading financial institution. As a Device Management Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring and managing Microsoft Intune for mobile device and application management, overseeing Android and iOS devices, and integrating meeting room technologies with Microsoft Teams Rooms. Your daily duties will include troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with security protocols and regulations.

Requirements :

• Proficiency in Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
• Strong knowledge of managing Android and iOS devices, with familiarity with Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise.
• Experience with meeting room technologies and integration with collaboration tools.
• Understanding of network protocols and experience with endpoint security solutions and threat management.
• Proficient in PowerShell and experienced with automated deployment in Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT, focusing on mobile device management and / or meeting room systems.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified : Endpoint Administrator Associate or similar.
• Degree in computer science, Business Administration, IT Audit, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
