Job Description
Your mission
- Managing customer credit limits and ensuring compliance with credit policies
- Monitoring accounts receivable aging reports and proactively following up on customers’ overdue payments
- Initiating the collection process when necessary and maintaining positive customer relationships throughout local business representatives
- Analyse / process the customer credit requisition, validate the customers credit scoring / credit worthiness, analyse the customer credit history
- Periodic review of credit limits & assessment of customers
- Analyse the legal data received from 3rd party to reassess the customer worthiness, process with blocking / unblocking of credit limits once required, track debt regularization by customers
- Ensure the reporting on customers credits to respective stakeholders
- Contact with sales departments on the customers scorings, credit limit increases / decreases for customers, credit blocks, customer’s debt situation and history as well as repayment plans
- Contact with high level management within process of credit limit approval
