We’re seeking a dynamic leader to join our clients Global Revenue Team structures located in Warsaw. The company operates in professional services industry and has significant global presence.

Your Mission

As Manager, you will :

  • Lead a global revenue team (~50 FTEs) , ensuring excellence across all revenue life cycle (RLC) processes—from matter opening to cash collection.
  • Drive strategy and performance , aligning financial targets with business goals, and introducing automation and innovation to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Create a culture of high performance , client-centric service, and continuous improvement—supported by metrics, KPIs, and structured feedback.
  • Engage with stakeholders across functions and geographies, providing insights that shape decision-making and drive business value.
  • Champion transformation , standardization, and best practice across revenue operations, leveraging your expertise in OTC and billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking revenue management strategy that enhances profitability and supports business growth.
  • Embed a data-driven culture of continuous improvement within the team, with a focus on SLA / OLA adherence and operational excellence.
  • Team Management & Development

  • Guide, coach, and mentor a team of professionals—setting clear goals, ensuring training opportunities, and leading all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and feedback-driven environment aligned with corporate culture and values.
  • Support talent retention and engagement to build a stable, empowered workforce.
  • Revenue Operations

  • Own and oversee the full spectrum of revenue activities : Billing, Cash Allocation, Client Accounting, Credit Control, WIP Reporting, etc.
  • Lead process improvement and automation initiatives within the Revenue Life Cycle Programme.
  • Collaborate closely with Billing Centres of Excellence, Pricing, eBilling, and Reporting teams to streamline operations and deploy new tools.
  • Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the primary contact for Revenue Managers, Matter Managers, and Partners on all revenue-related matters.
  • Deliver actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations to inform business decisions.
  • Build trusted relationships by being responsive, accountable, and delivering service excellence.
  • What You’ll Bring

  • Proven success in managing large, cross-functional revenue or finance teams within a global matrix organization .
  • 7–10 years of managerial experience, ideally within SSC, professional services, or consulting sector .
  • Expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, billing, and credit control.
  • Track record of finance transformation , standardization, and automation.
  • Strong leadership presence , with experience building high-performing teams and managing change.
  • Advanced Excel and working knowledge of SAP; ACCA / CIMA qualifications a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication in English; an additional European language is a bonus.
  • Deep understanding of SLA / OLA governance, process ownership, and revenue compliance standards.
