Customer Care Junior Specialist with Italian

Your responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate, timely solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case resolution.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and knowledge base updates.

Our requirements

  • Advanced level of English and Italian, with excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and comprehension skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Motivation to grow in an international contact center environment.
  • Practical knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions.
  • Strong commitment to customer experience, with a demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships and adapt to change.
