On behalf of our client, a rapidly growing SaaS company with headquarters in Wrocław, we are looking for a hands-on and highly organized  Office Manager . This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety blending payroll precision, office management, and contract administration in a fast-paced, international environment.

You’ll be the go-to person for keeping the workspace running, contracts in check, and contractors paid and supported

  • Stable, full-time position in a developing international company
  • Opportunities to grow professionally and shape internal processes
  • A modern, well-equipped office in Wrocław and a collaborative work environment
  • 4+ years of experience in office management (experience in tech environment is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Experience in handling payments, invoicing, and working with external accounting providers
  • Hands-on experience in managing and archiving various types of documentation (contracts, invoices, internal records)
  • Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office – ensuring availability of supplies, coordinating with vendors and service providers, and managing office space (workstations, meeting rooms), Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence (both physical and electronic), Managing office purchases and tracking inventory, expenses, and invoices, Coordinating monthly payroll with an external accounting provider and independently processing payments for contractors, Maintaining and archiving office and administrative documentation, Supporting the organization of company events, training sessions, and team-building initiatives, Assisting with onboarding processes – preparing workstations and introducing new hires to office procedures] Requirements : Office management, Good work organization, Communication skills
