Job Description :

  • Collect clean and structure infrastructure data from multiple sources for reporting and analysis
  • Write optimise and maintain SQL queries for data extraction transformation and validation
  • Develop and enhance dashboards to provide clear actionable insights on CTO Infrastructure metrics
  • Build and maintain Excelbased reports including pivot tables and advanced formulas for recurring MI
  • Use Python scripts where applicable to automate routine data processing tasks
  • Identify trends anomalies and improvement opportunities in operational data
  • Collaborate with technology and operations teams to define reporting needs and ensure accuracy
  • Support stakeholders with ad hoc data requests and analysis

RR :

  • Proficiency in SQL with experience in querying large complex datasets eg BigQuery SQL Databases
  • Strong Excel skills advanced formulas pivot tables charts data analysis
  • Experience in dashboarding tools eg Looker Studio, Tableau, Qlik
  • Basic Python skills for data manipulation automation
  • Ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights and visualisations
  • Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy and data consistency
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders
