Your responsibilities :
- Responding to customers via phone, chat, and e-mail (outbound and inbound).
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively.
- Presenting proactive, patient, empathetic and understanding attitude.
Our requirements :
Dutch language skills (C1 level) and English (min. B2 level)Availability to work flexible hours.Previous experience in customer service / call center / tourism industry / airline industry is preferred.What we offer
