Quality Management Division

The QM division has 2 streams (QA and SDET), which gives the opportunity to grow both technically and as a manager. There’s a possibility to switch from manual testing to automatization, with the help of almost 200 experienced colleagues. We work with various domains : transportation, travel, fashion, finance etc.

We expect candidates to be located in one of the following cities : Warsaw, Wroclaw, Lodz, Gdansk or Bialystok.

Ideally you have :

• At least 2 years of QA experience
• Solid understanding of QA process
• Ability to design effective and efficient test cases and test scenarios for complex software applications
• Ability to identify and prioritize testing activities based on risk analysis
• Ability to contribute to the development of a comprehensive test strategy for the software application
• Ability to identify and suggest process improvements to streamline testing, improve test coverage, and increase testing efficiency
• Willingness to continuously learn new technologies, testing tools, and testing methodologies to stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices
• Good analytical skills
• Knowledge and skills to work in agile environment
• Knowledge of various software testing techniques and methods, as well as experience applying them
• B2 and higher level of both spoken and written English
