Rozwijanie praktyki Lean Management w zakładzie;

Prowadzenie warsztatów skutkujących poprawą kluczowych wskaźników wydajności;

Wdrażanie odpowiednich wskaźników w kluczowych obszarach (Bezpieczeństwo, Ludzie, Jakość, Koszty, Dostawy) i procedur zarządzania na wszystkich poziomach organizacji;

Działanie jako lider zmian, inspirujące kulturę rozwiązywania problemów i ciągłego doskonalenia;

Wsparcie kierownictwa w procesie planowania strategicznego i jego realizacji poprzez przejmowanie odpowiedzialności za odpowiednie projekty;

Budowanie silnych i pozytywnych relacji ze współpracownikami we wszystkich obszarach firmy;

Dzielenie się najlepszymi praktykami i doświadczeniem;

Odpowiadanie za zgodność nowych projektów / inwestycji z zasadami Lean Manufacturing, uczestniczenie w tworzeniu ich definicji;

Bezpośrednie zarządzanie niektórymi kluczowymi projektami w zakładzie.

Tworzenie kultury rozwiązywania problemów i ciągłego doskonaleniaUznana, międzynarodowa, stabilna organizacja

Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne;
3-letnie doświadczenie zawodowe na podobnym stanowisku;
Potwierdzona znajomość narzędzi Lean i IT;
Umiejętność tworzenia wysokiej klasy prezentacji;
Umiejętność analizy z wykorzystaniem VSM : mapowanie stanu obecnego oraz tworzenie stanu przyszłego, zarówno w procesach produkcyjnych, jak i administracyjnych;
Dobry poziom języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie;
Umiejętność prowadzenia i moderacji szkoleń oraz warsztatów optymalizacyjnych;
Chęć ciągłego rozwoju, samodzielność, inicjatywa.
Stabilne zatrudnienie w międzynarodowej organizacji w branży przemysłowej;
Możliwość realizacji własnych pomysłów, wpływ na kulturę organizacyjną;
