Division : Group Digital Capabilities (GDC)

You will contribute to growing our relevance in post trade by realizingthe regulatory agenda in strengthening the financial industry, leveraging our franchise to expand globally and re-architecting the post trade landscape.
Within the GDC Division, the Analytics, Insights and Reporting Tribe supports the needs for advanced analytics (including AI & GenAI) and reporting from all the entities of the Euroclear Group. The team helps to transform data into insights using all modern techniques available.
To this aim, the team is setting up, maintaining, and leveraging state-of-the art data platforms.
Your role will be to lead the Delivery Orchestration of the Tribe, reporting directly to the Tribe Lead.

By joining the Analytics, Insights and Reporting Tribe, you will be in charge of :
- Leading and transforming the current Orchestration team towards a professional and seamless value delivering entity.
- Managing a team of IT professionals over several locations, and managing relationship with some outsourcing partners
- Promoting the importance and reliability of IT delivery within the Tribe (and beyond) and be the ambassador of collaboration around cross-department collaboration.
You will also have the following responsibilities :
Supporting the Tribe Lead in defining and executing the data strategy aligned with enterprise objectives.Driving the implementation and adherence to group-wide data governance principles, in coordination with the Data Office (CDO).Facilitate collaboration across IT and business teams to foster a data-driven culture and drive adoption of data products.Represent the tribe in governance forums, steering committees, and cross-functional projects as needed.Ensure proper risk management, including cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory compliance in data-related projects.Identifying skill gaps, coaching team members, and contributing to talent development within the tribe.Act as the interface between the tribe and senior business stakeholders to translate business needs into data and reporting solutions.Act as a deputy in tribe leadership meetings, decision-making processes, and strategic planning sessions when the Tribe Lead is unavailable.Lead the development and enhancement of data pipelines, reporting frameworks, and analytics tools, to help Euroclear leverage its data to the fullestPromoting and championing agile cooperation to enhance customer experienceOverseeing, developing, and ensuring adherence to industry best practice standardsManaging and optimizing operational efficiency to meet financial targetsContribute to budget planning, resource allocation, and vendor management in support of data initiatives.Candidate Profile

Experience & Background
Proven track record (10+ years) in leading IT delivery orchestration or transformation initiatives within large, complex, and international organizationsExposure to data management concepts and practices, with their application to large companiesStrong background in delivery coordination, agile methodologies, and cross-functional leadershipExperience working with offshore teams and external partnersKnowledge of financial services or banking environments is a strong assetLeadership & Interpersonal Skills :
