E-commerce Category Manager with Czech or Slovak

Job Description

The role will be based in Krakow. Therefore, relocation is required and supported by us.

• Define a holistic annual category strategy across key commercial dimensions
• Work with respective Country / Cluster Head to tie category strategy into the broader country
• Collaborate with key central teams / departments (e.g., VM, Marketing, CRM) to influence strategies
• Continuously analyze main business KPIs across Sales / Category / Customer / Product dimensions and plan correcting actions.
• Recommends adjustments and exceptions of local prices on brand / product level
• Create a full-year promo plan accounting for category dynamics and relevancy, and align actions with central promotion team
• Actively monitor campaign / promo performance and track budget spend vs. local plan.
• Run topical / brand / product promotions on short notice depending on business need.
• Contribute to the business strategy and requirements for product sorting in PLP and search results
• Contribute to the business strategy and requirements for Up-selling and Cross-selling through the product recommendation boxes
• Collaboration with Graphics and Shop OPS teams for category-related banners.
• Provide inputs for a continuous QA process to Shop Operations and signs-off (if needed) any adjustment in the category content.
