They're a multinational FMCG company seeking a Finance Business Analyst to strengthen the team with insight, innovation, and SAP expertise. In this role, you'll help bridge Finance and Technology, driving process improvements and digital transformation across their international operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Act as a Strategic Link

Serve as a trusted partner between Finance and Technology

Stay ahead of trends in finance systems and SAP usage in the market

Translate Business Needs into Solutions

Identify, gather, and document business requirements

Run workshops to align on priorities and outcomes

Work with global stakeholders to shape process design

Optimize SAP Finance Processes

Support the evolution of our S / 4HANA or ECC systems (focus : RtR, AP, AR)

Contribute to system architecture decisions and solution implementation

Help define acceptance criteria and support user testing and adoption

Champion User Experience & Performance

Enhance SAP UX through analysis and user feedback

Collaborate with internal and external providers to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Support Finance in maximizing the value of digital tools

What You Bring

• 5+ years in a similar Business Analyst position
• Hands-on experience with SAP S / 4HANA or ECC (RtR, AP, AR modules)
• A degree in Finance or related field
• Strong communication and facilitation abilities
• Comfortable collaborating with international, cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with MS Office and a working level of English
• Analytical mindset and eagerness to improve business outcomes through technology
