Miejsce pracy : Lublin

Your responsibilities

Defining and implementing purchasing strategies for subordinate categories
Negotiating terms of cooperation and managing a group of suppliers of domestic and foreign categories, taking into account the needs of internal customers
Proactive cooperation with other employees to ensure production continuity and minimize the risk associated with managed services and materials
Active market analysis, searching for and implementing new solutions in the organization
Optimizing costs of subordinate categories as part of the purchasing process
Acting as an expert supporting internal customers within the categories managed

Our requirements

At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company - a necessary condition

Excellent negotiation skills supported by results

Experience in managing purchasing projects

Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling effective interaction with suppliers and internal customers

Ability to work with and manage many variables

Independence, results orientation, creativity, ability to draw motivation from challenges

Knowledge of English in speech and writing at a minimum level of B2 - a necessary condition

Knowledge of the Microsoft environment (especially MS Excel)

Active driving license category B
