Your responsibilities

• Preparing contractual correspondence, including those related to time and financial claims and changes to Agreements
• Analysis of contract terms (including FIDIC), provisions of the ToR and contract documents in terms of possible risks and circumstances enabling the submission of contract claims
• Supporting the contract management in activities aimed at minimizing the effects of encountered implementation difficulties
• Supporting the contract management in activities aimed at securing the contract with evidence and documents in the event of a possible court dispute
• Participation in meetings on the construction site (Construction Council, negotiations) Creating statements and a register of correspondence
• Team support in preparing private and court opinions

Due to the rich experience and broad engineering knowledge of its Experts who are Consulting Engineers, the CCM provides its expert services at the highest level of expertise.

The area of services provided by CCM to construction process participants includes in particular :

Contract Management Consultancy, Project Management, Contract Administration, Claim Management and Dispute Management.

Our Clients, among them Law Firms acting on behalf of construction process participants, receive our support in avoiding and resolving disputes arising from contracts. We participate in negotiations and mediation between construction process participants in order to work out compromise solutions that are satisfactory to both parties (WIN-WIN negotiations). In proceedings before common and arbitration courts, we act as an Expert / Expert Witness in construction, technology, and construction process organization areas. The CCM Experts have authored a number of Opinions commissioned by the Courts or the Parties to the proceedings, which required that specific delay analyses and quantum analyses be prepared in complicated actual state of affairs circumstances.

CCM is a supporting member of the Polish Association of Construction Employers and Association of Construction Estimators.

Podanie wszystkich danych osobowych, o których mowa powyżej jest dobrowolne, natomiast dane wymienione w lit. a) i b) są niezbędne do wzięcia udziału w rekrutacji. Niepodanie danych skutkuje brakiem możliwości rozpatrzenia kandydatury. Podanie pozostałych danych jest dobrowolne, ale może pomóc w sprawnym przeprowadzeniu procesu rekrutacji. Masz prawo żądać dostępu do Twoich danych (w tym uzyskania ich kopii), sprostowania danych, ich usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, przeniesienia, jak również wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec ich przetwarzania. Masz także prawo wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych. Twoje dane osobowe mogą zostać przekazane dostawcom usługi publikacji ogłoszeń o pracę, dostawcom systemów do zarządzania rekrutacjami, dostawcom usług IT (hosting), dostawcom systemów informatycznych. Podane przez Ciebie dane osobowe nie będą wykorzystywane w celu profilowania albo podejmowania decyzji w sposób zautomatyzowany. Twoje dane osobowe będą przetwarzane przez okres 1 roku, chyba, że wyraziłeś odrębną zgodę na wykorzystanie Twoich danych osobowych w przyszłych rekrutacjach.
