about-project :

Our team is part of Cost Processing & Transactions cluster.

We are supporting our clients in many areas of Finance.

We are responsible for the SAP software solutions (mainly SAP Classic) in Germany and abroad (eg London Branch), which are used by Commerzbank and ComTS Finance GmbH for financial or controlling-driven corporate processes such as asset accounting, travel expense reporting, invoice settlement or project controlling.

With systems created by our team we are meeting demands which cannot be met by “box” products. We develop and maintain applications used in controlling environment (group and segment controlling) which provide planning, analysis and reporting functions. Working close with business we are able to quickly adapt them to current regulations and needs.

responsibilities :

Monitoring and troubleshooting for both systems created by our teams and “box” products

Being first point of contact for issues with the systems person is responsible for.

Maintain ServiceNow changes and incidents

Working with documentation

Recertification of technical users

Care about Tech Foundation Requirements (Book of standards)

Close cooperation with admins, developers and key business users.

requirements-expected :

Good knowledge of Windows Server and Linux for running scripts, investigating issues, and working with logs and monitoring tools

Strong understanding of relational databases such as Oracle and MS SQL

Experience with UC4 (job scheduler)

Basic knowledge of OpenShift

Basic knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., IBM Tivoli)
