About The Role

As a

Buyer

within our Tactical Buying Services team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end creation and monitoring of

Purchase Requisitions

and

Investment Requests

in SAP. You'll support business stakeholders by ensuring smooth order processing, timely follow-ups, and accurate reporting.

This is an

administrative and analytical role

, ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating processes, and finding solutions independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Investment Requests in SAP
• Monitor Purchase Orders (POs) and payment progress
• Prepare regular reports and status updates
• Track and follow up on open POs
• Retrieve and analyze order-related data
• Support stakeholders with accurate and timely information
