We are looking for a Software Technical Lead. The Expert Specialist with strong technical background, possessing in-depth knowledge on technologies and process in SW development. We are seeking a candidate for a full-time, permanent role based on an employment contract.

About Our Team

Meet the Corporate & Institutions Software Dev team. Our role is to develop advanced solutions using the latest technologies to support the bank in the Credit area. Our systems are designed to streamline credit processes, improve customer experience and ensure high operational efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

Main responsibilities in this role :

• Play the role of Lead developer in the product team
• Define the technical vision for the product
• Ensure code quality and adherence to the standards
• Collaboration with the stakeholders from multiple areas (e.g. business and SW architects, QAs, audit)

Who You Are

This is the right role for you if you have extensive experience in software development and a strong technical background. You're a skilled developer with deep expertise in Java, distributed systems and ETL processes. You are also familiar with tools and platforms such as DataStage, PEGA and PowerCurve and you know how to apply them effectively in complex, real-world environments. Additionally, you have strong communication and leadership skills, enjoy mentoring others and can work collaboratively across teams. You're able to translate technical goals into actionable tasks and guide the team through delivery with clarity and confidence.
