We're looking for a Senior Support Engineer with deep expertise in Atlassian tools and cloud migrations, ready to take ownership of complex system environments and ensure stability, scalability, and performance of key services. You’ll be joining a long-term project for a global tech company with a strong footprint in cloud services and next-gen connectivity. On-Call : 1 week per month Equipment provided Manage and optimize Atlassian software (Jira, Confluence) across on-prem and SaaS environments Drive cloud migration projects (preferably AWS), ensuring smooth transition and operational continuity Develop automation and integrations using Groovy, JavaScript, and API management tools Monitor and maintain systems on Linux, implement scripting solutions in Python / Bash Work closely with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, propose improvements, and apply best practices 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration or support Expertise in Atlassian ecosystem – configuration, performance tuning, user management Strong cloud migration knowledge, especially on AWS Solid scripting skills and ability to automate tasks Experience with Linux system management and operations
