Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work on vast data sets, create innovative tools and deliver in-depth analysis to help make vital decisions based on data within the Analytics, Monetisation and Pricing team in OLX. We’re a team of 5,000 ambitious, curious people building classifieds marketplaces that are used by over 330 million people every month to buy and sell almost anything.

This position is hybrid - 2x office days - in either our offices in Poznan or Warsaw. Candidates must be based and eligible to work in Poland.

What You'll Be Doing

• Work closely with the Management Team to gain exposure to strategic topics and use data to answer our most critical business questions
• Work together with key commercial stakeholders on topics such as sales strategy, segmentation, competitive benchmarking, market potential assessment, performance improvement or better understanding customer behavior and value delivery
• Convert data from diverse sources into actionable insights to support decision-making
• Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team in Europe to exchange knowledge and ensure data and tools consistency
• Lead data projects to equip business teams with tools for enhanced performance
• Optimize automated processes and adopt industry best practices (including where applicable the use of AI tools / data science methods) for the Analytics team
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to develop team skills and competencies within the analytics tribe
