  • We are looking for a Senior IT Data Analyst to support the continuous service and development of Oracle-based applications.

    • responsibilities :

  • The role focuses on data analysis, system performance monitoring, troubleshooting data-related issues, and contributing to the optimization and implementation of reliable, data-driven solutions within Oracle environments.

    • requirements-expected :

  • Excellent stakeholder communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in using collaboration and workflow tools such as SharePoint, JIRA, Helix, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft To Do, PowerAutomate, and PowerApps.
  • Proven ability to maintain and improve IT and business processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Hands-on experience in creating and managing services, including start / stop operations.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving issues.
  • Familiarity with architecture design principles and creating visual schemes or process maps using tools like Obsidian Canvas, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector.
