Our Digital Marketing department in Warsaw, Poland is looking for a

CRM Specialist

f / m / d)   (working 100 %)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Specialist to support the CRM team with digital marketing campaigns (e.g. email, SMS, WhatsApp). This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience with CRM platforms i.e. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot or Klaviyo and who is passionate about digital marketing, customer engagement and fashion / beauty industry.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Planning and execution of marketing campaigns i.e. email, WhatsApp, SMS in line with CRM strategy.
  • Support in driving our segmentation and personalization.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define campaign goals, messaging, and target audiences.
  • Set up, schedule, and monitor campaigns using CRM platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR) and opt-in management.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g. open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate) and report insights.
  • Assist in A / B testing and continuous improvement of email / messaging and targeting strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with customer service, IT, and product teams to support personalized communications.

Your Ideal Profile :

  • You have gained relevant experience in a CRM or digital marketing role, with a focus on email, SMS, and / or WhatsApp campaigns.
  • You possess hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar.
  • You demonstrate a solid understanding of consumer lifecycle marketing and mobile engagement strategies.
  • You have strong analytical skills, as well as excellent collaboration and organizational abilities.
  • You are equipped with excellent communication and project management skills.
  • You have excellent command of English, both spoken and written; any additional language is a plus.
