Job descriptionAs a Senior Product Security Engineer, you will be working for our client – a global leader in quantitative and systematic investment management. You will be responsible for safeguarding diverse tech systems across cloud, business apps, and core infrastructure. Join a team where innovation meets investment! This is a Wrocław-based hybrid opportunity – 3 days from home per week. Implement security controls for trading infrastructure, cloud services, and business applications Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security into product design Develop and maintain a secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) Conduct threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and security code reviews Mentor teams on security best practices and secure development processes Perform vendor security reviews to ensure compliance with standards Integrate security scanning tools into CI / CD pipelines for continuous monitoring 7+ years in product security with experience in securing software development Expertise in secure coding with Python, C++, Rust, Go, Kotlin / Java Strong background in software development, system architecture, and security tools Knowledge of security principles related to cloud platforms and business apps Experience with Windows and Linux systems, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud Skills in threat modeling, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies Experience with CI / CD security integration and vendor security reviews Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Stable and long-term cooperation with very good conditions Enhance your skills and develop your expertise in the financial industry Work on the most strategic projects available in the market Define your career roadmap and develop yourself in the best and fastest possible way by delivering strategic projects for different clients of ITDS over several years Participate in Social Events, training, and work in an international environment Access to attractive Medical Package Access to Multisport Program Access to Pluralsight Flexible hours sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care remote work opportunities flexible working time fruits integration events corporate gym mobile phone available for private use computer available for private use saving & investment scheme no dress code coffee / tea drinks christmas gifts birthday celebration access to +100 projects access to Pluralsight
