We're looking for a Senior Process Specialist to join our Order Management team. Whether you're starting your career or bring years of experience, we welcome candidates of all experience levels who are dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction and streamlining order processing operations.   • University degree in Business Administration, Economic Sciences, or international shipping / forwarding / trade.
  • 2 years of experience in Customer Service Desk.
  • SAP module knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Experience in business process management (all levels welcome).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset and ability to translate customer needs into solutions.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Experience in a Shared Service Center environment is desirable.
  • Language skills :
  • English fluent
  • French min. C1

  • Execute and optimize daily transactional activities to meet SLA / KPIs while following standardized processes., Drive and support process improvement initiatives and projects., Ensure operational compliance with regulations and internal / external guidelines., Maintain effective communication with internal / external customers and stakeholders., Document and maintain up-to-date operational procedures., Act as a backup for team members and facilitate knowledge transfer., Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal and external customers., Contribute to a problem-solving culture by identifying issues and implementing solutions] Requirements : Degree, Excel, SAP, MS Office, Business Administration, Economic Sciences, Customer Service Desk, Business process management, communication skills, Problem-solving abilities Additionally : Sport subscription, Private healthcare, Lunch card, Modern office, In-house trainings.
