Senior IT Operations Engineer – Engineering Enablement

Job descriptionDołącz do zespołu odpowiedzialnego za rozwój i utrzymanie kluczowego systemu przetwarzania danych wspierającego procesy biznesowe w dużej organizacji. Poszukujemy doświadczonego Senior IT Operations Engineera, który zapewni stabilność, niezawodność i automatyzację procesów operacyjnych w środowisku o wysokiej dostępności. Projekt skupia się na zwiększeniu niezawodności infrastruktury, automatyzacji zadań operacyjnych (DevOps / CI / CD) oraz optymalizacji procesów ETL i integracji danych między systemami. Tryb pracy : hybrydowo (2 dni w biurze tygodniowo) Lokalizacja : Trójmiasto (preferowane), Warszawa Zapewnienie operacyjnego wsparcia dla aplikacji przetwarzającej dane i integrującej się z wieloma systemami downstream. Projektowanie, implementacja i utrzymanie automatyzacji procesów operacyjnych (DevOps, CI / CD). Monitorowanie, analiza i rozwiązywanie incydentów – z naciskiem na eliminację przyczyn źródłowych. Utrzymanie i optymalizacja procesów ETL oraz baz danych Oracle. Diagnozowanie awarii i zapewnianie wysokiej dostępności systemów. Współpraca z zespołami developerskimi i biznesowymi w modelu DevOps. Bardzo dobra znajomość Oracle Database, SQL / stored procedures. Doświadczenie w procesach i narzędziach ETL (preferowane : IBM DataStage). Wiedza z zakresu automatyzacji procesów operacyjnych (DevOps / CI / CD – Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes). Praktyczne doświadczenie w monitoringu i diagnozowaniu problemów aplikacyjnych. Znajomość systemów wysokiej dostępności (HA) oraz integracji danych między systemami. Wysoka odpowiedzialność za działania operacyjne end-to-end. Proaktywne podejście do automatyzacji i usprawnień. Umiejętność pracy w złożonym środowisku IT. Skuteczna komunikacja z zespołami technicznymi i biznesem. Nastawienie na współpracę i metodyczne rozwiązywanie problemów. Udział w projekcie o strategicznym znaczeniu dla organizacji. Pracę w nowoczesnym środowisku opartym na automatyzacji i DevOps. Hybrydowy model pracy (2 dni w tygodniu z biura). Możliwość rozwoju technicznego i udziału w optymalizacji procesów operacyjnych. Współpracę w zespole ekspertów, którzy cenią jakość, stabilność i ciągłe doskonalenie.
